How to Commission an Issue?
1. Before You Place Your Order
- Please review all custom order information before submitting a request.
- Custom projects are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. Erosia Studio reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside the scope of available services and current capacity.
2. Submit Your Request
- Begin by completing the custom order form below.
- You'll be asked to provide information about your vision, aesthetic preferences, intended use, inspirations, and any specific features you'd like included in your issue.
- The more detail you provide, the better I can understand your concept.
3. The Creative Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the design process begins!
- Every Erosia issue is developed using an editorial framework and is customized to reflect your theme and goals.
- During this stage, I create layouts, establish visual direction, organize content, and build a cohesive experience tailored to your project.
- The project is collaborative, intentional, and designed to feel like every template issue is uniquely yours while maintaining Erosia Studio's editorial style.
4. Working Together
- Throughout the project, we'll collaborate through scheduled communication (email) and revision checkpoints.
- You'll have opportunities to review progress, provide feedback, and request revisions where applicable.
- To keep projects progressing smoothly, timely responses are encouraged. Delayed feedback may affect turnaround time.
- My goal is to create a process that feels clear, creative, and stress-free from start to finish!
5. Delivery & Next Steps
Once your project is finalized, you'll receive your completed deliverables as outlined in your selected package.
Depending on your order this may include: template access, digital PDF files, printable files, and/or additional bonus materials or assets.
After delivery, you're free to use, print, share, and enjoy your issue according to the included usage terms.

Availability - Erosia accepts a limited number of custom orders each month to ensure each project receives the dedicated attention it deserves. Commission slots are intentionally limited. Availability will vary throughout the year.

Timeline - Project timelines vary based on complexity, communication, and revision requests. As estimated completion window will be provided upon acceptance of your commission.

Shipping

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What is not included?
Custom issues do not include
- Photo editing or retouching
- Uploading or placing client photos
- Writing large amounts of original content on your behalf
- Printing or shipping
You will receive a completed template and can add your own photos and final content before publishing, sharing, or printing.
